PC Hardware Failure

The issue of a busted PC needing repair can cover a wide range of topics!  These can range from a broken laptop screen (dropped or otherwise), a PC that fails to boot, a bad power supply, etc.  These can all be easily fixed, at a much cheaper cost that what you would pay at a big-box store / repair shop.

Mobile device (tablet, phone) failure

Just like with a laptop or desktop, the shift to mobile devices has brought about a new, unique set of hardware problems that need service.  Things like cracked displays, broken charging ports, etc., are all repairable.

Malware issues (spyware, viruses, adware, phishing, etc.)

With today’s ever-connected devices, malware is an ever-increasing problem.  If your computer has been compromised by any sort of malicious software, we can clean, remove, and patch your devices to protect this from happening again in the future, as well as provide education on how to avoid it down the road.

data recovery / data loss

Oh no!  Your hard drive has crashed, and you’re no longer able to boot your PC and access your files and photos any longer.  While Kenzietech doesn’t have a clean room with which to do hardware-level data recovery and platter swapping, we can recover data in instances of accidental hard drive wiping, malware restrictions, etc.  Remember, nothing that’s been deleted is gone until it’s overwritten.  If you accidentally delete a file, stop what you’re doing and contact us immediately!  There’s still a good chance we can recover your files.

software issues

Many times, software on your PC may become corrupted, unusable, slow, or unstable.  We can provide support to work to restore functionality lost by the software, or by the underlying OS itself.  We support Windows, as well as OSX (soon to be known as macOS), and any and all installed software on top of the operating system.  If your computer is running slowly, or you notice a lot of crashing or extensive memory usage, contact us, and we can work to resolve that issue with as little downtime for you as possible.
